5 events in 3 days sounds good to me but it sure takes it out of you. Friday arvo we head down to Lardner Park for the final round of the Bosch Australian Rally Championship and Exedy Victorian Rally Championship where the dust was unbelievably bad and not a ounce of a breeze to shift it. Up early to shoot "Upstream" in Melbourne and luckly it didnt rain like the previous years then around noon head out to Hawthorn for the Ian Laurie Cup run by Phoenix Wheight Lifting Club. What a blast that was and being an ex weight lifter my self i got to catch up with so many familiar faces and stories of the past. Was too easy to loose focus on the job in hand but i got thru it. Up even earlier than yesterday for the East Link Challenge, bike ride from Ringwood to Frankston and back. and it rained, hailed, strong southerlys, stronger northerlys and intermitent sun changing every 10 minutes or so! Four seasons in not one day, more like one hour! Last gig is a portrait shoot in my studio (by now its a lovely sunny day out!) with my step son and his partner. we had a ball with some good results. Might take a while before i can get to these thou. Till next time.
